Using PullUp

PullUp V7 helps verified Chula users share tonight’s plans, respond Going or Maybe, and choose a meeting place with a simple poll. You must be at least 18, use an email you are entitled to use, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for securing your sign-in and for the plans and content you share.

Keep it respectful

Do not post illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative or harassing content. Do not impersonate someone, spam, expose another person’s private information, or use PullUp to facilitate harm. Do not encourage underage drinking, drug use, unsafe driving or other unlawful or dangerous activity. Respect venue rules and applicable age restrictions. You must have permission to use any photo or content you upload.

Plans and visibility

A PullUp is an invitation or expression of interest, not a booking, ticket, promise of attendance or guarantee of a venue’s availability. Hosts and participants can change their minds. Plans expire from the app at 4 AM Bangkok time. Choose Friends or Chula visibility carefully. PullUp does not provide live location, emergency monitoring, chat or venue/promoter accounts.

Reports, blocks and moderation

Use a plan’s safety menu to report it or block its host. Use a friend’s menu to report or block that person. You can also contact jongreat177@gmail.com. Reports are available privately to the operator for review; they are not sent to the reported person. Basic text filters reject some offensive text, and uploaded profile photos require approval before friends can see them. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services rather than relying on a report in the app.

Your content

You keep your rights in your content. You give PullUp permission to store, process and display it as necessary to provide the service according to your visibility choices, and to review it for safety. This permission ends when the relevant content is deleted from our active service, except where processing is necessary for legal obligations or provider backup and security lifecycles described in the privacy policy.

Privacy and deletion

Our privacy policy explains what information is collected and how to delete your V7 account from the app. An earlier PullUp account using the same sign-in is separate. Removing V7 does not erase that separate account.

Availability and responsibility

The service may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. We work to keep it useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee that plans, venues or other users will behave as expected. Use your own judgment about meeting people and travelling. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Independent service

PullUp V7 is not affiliated with or endorsed by Chulalongkorn University, Apple, LINE or any venue shown in the app. Generated atmospheric artwork and fictional demo profiles do not represent actual students, events or venue photography.
