PullUp V7 shows plans for tonight. It does not track where you or your friends are.

What we collect

• Account: your verified Chula email, account identifier, first name, friend code and privacy preferences.
• Your social world: friend requests, accepted friendships, blocks and the plans you create, respond to or vote on. A plan contains a selected meeting place, its coordinates and a time. These are proposed meeting places, not your device’s location.
• Photos: an optional profile photo you select with Apple’s photo picker. We do not access your entire photo library. Uploaded photos stay private while awaiting review and are shared with accepted friends after approval.
• Notifications: your permission preference, Apple push token and notification delivery state when notifications are enabled.
• Service and safety: reports you submit and technical request records, such as IP addresses, response status and timestamps, handled by our hosting and authentication providers to operate and secure the service.

Who sees what

Accepted friends can see your name and approved photo on plans. Other verified Chula users see anonymous attendance counts. Friends-only plans are limited to their host and the host’s accepted friends. A Chula plan is visible to verified Chula users, subject to blocking. Someone who already knows your exact friend code can find your profile to send a request. Your email is not shown to other students.

A friend can share a plan using iOS. Friends-only share cards omit the meeting place, time and identities. Shared content is handled by the app you choose, such as LINE, under that service’s rules. Screenshots or content another person saves are outside PullUp’s control.

Why we use it

We use your data to verify access, show plans and friends, save your responses, deliver permitted notifications, handle reports and protect accounts. We do not sell your data, display targeted advertising, collect advertising identifiers, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

Services that help us operate

Supabase provides authentication, databases and private photo storage, with the V7 project hosted in Singapore. Apple provides Maps, place search, photo selection, TestFlight/App Store distribution and Apple Push Notification service. Cloudflare hosts these public pages and processes ordinary web request information. Email providers process sign-in or support messages when those services are used. International processing may occur where these providers operate. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDK.

Your choices and account deletion

You can change your default plan visibility, remove friends, block people, choose whether to add a photo and change notification permission in iPhone Settings. Blocking removes the friendship, prevents new friend requests and hides each person’s hosted plans from the other.

To delete your V7 account, open You → Privacy & visibility → Account & safety → Delete V7 account. Confirm by typing DELETE. This removes your V7 profile, uploaded V7 photos, plans, responses, votes, friendships, blocks and associated report records. If you also have a separate account in an earlier PullUp version, that account and its shared sign-in identity remain; V7 data is still deleted. Otherwise the sign-in identity is deleted too. If you cannot access the app, contact jongreat177@gmail.com for help; we may need to verify ownership.

How long data stays

Plans stop being accessible in the app at 4 AM Bangkok time. Expiry is a visibility rule, not an instant database erasure. Account information and related records remain while the account exists unless removed through the available controls. Reports remain while needed for review. Account deletion removes V7 records from the active service; provider security logs and backups may remain according to the provider’s retention lifecycle or where required by law. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about retention.

Age and independence

PullUp V7 is intended for people aged 18 or older with a Chula email. It is an independent service and is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with Chulalongkorn University.

This website

These public pages do not use advertising pixels, analytics scripts, sign-in forms or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may process network and security information when serving them. Emailing support shares the information in your email with the operator and the email provider.
