What to include

Tell us what happened, your iPhone model, iOS version and the app version. For sign-in trouble, include the email address you tried. Never send passwords, verification codes or private keys. If you include a screenshot, cover information you do not want to share.

Report or block someone

Open a plan and tap its safety menu to report it or block the host. You can also report or block a friend from the Friends list. Reports are private. Manage blocked people under You → Privacy & visibility → Account & safety. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

Delete your account

Open You → Privacy & visibility → Account & safety → Delete V7 account and confirm. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership. See the privacy policy for what is removed and how shared sign-ins are handled.

Chula sign-in

Use your @student.chula.ac.th or @chula.ac.th address. Open the latest sign-in link on the iPhone that requested it, or enter the code if included. Check spam and wait before requesting another email. During beta testing, if delivery is unavailable, contact support; the clearly labeled demo is available to explore the design.
